About Me I'm a down to earth therapist who has a passion for helping others. I bring a laid-back, down-to-earth presence to therapy—someone who’s just as comfortable exploring deep emotional territory as I am sharing a laugh when the moment calls for it. Whether we’re sitting in an office or talking virtually, I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is grounded in acceptance and authenticity. I know that no two people are the same, so I tailor my style to what works for you—sometimes that means being more structured and formal, and sometimes it means taking a more conversational, relaxed path. Outside of sessions, I’m someone who finds peace in the outdoors—whether I’m kayaking, boating, or just sitting under a tree. Nature reminds me of the importance of slowing down, tuning in, and connecting to something bigger than ourselves. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about walking alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths, challenge the patterns that no longer serve you, and discover new ways to thrive.
